2. Services
2.1 All services are carried out by experienced plumbers in accordance with current UK building regulations and industry standards.

2.3 Any additional work identified during a job that was not included in the original quote will be communicated to you before proceeding. Additional charges may apply.
3. Quotations & Pricing
3.1 All quotations are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Fixed-price quotes are binding provided the scope of work does not change. If unforeseen complications arise (e.g., concealed pipework, structural issues), we will notify you and provide a revised quote before continuing.

4.1 Bookings can be made via our website, telephone, or email. A booking is confirmed once you receive written or verbal confirmation from us.
4.2 We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of non-emergency appointments. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
4.3 For emergency callouts, cancellations made after an engineer has been dispatched may incur a callout fee to cover travel and time costs.
